Service Terms and Agreement 

Included in The Weekly Balance Service

  • Test water chemistry 

  • Provide and balance chemicals (up to 3 tabs per week, 1 lb/1 gal per month. of shock May to October, 1 gal. of acid per month, up to 5 lbs. of sodium bi-carbonate per month, up to 3 lbs. of soda ash per month. *Any chemicals exceeding the weekly/monthly included amount will be invoiced throughout the month and due upon receipt.

 

Included in The Weekly Brush and Balance Service

  • Up to 20 mins of labor per visit during weekly maintenance visits (see Extra Service Visits under Terms and Conditions for additional information)

  • Brushing and Netting pool as needed

  • Test and adjust water chemistry 

  • Provide and balance chemicals (up to 3 tabs per week, 1 lb/1 gal per month. of shock May to October, 1 gal. of acid per month, up to 5 lbs. of sodium bi-carbonate per month, up to 3 lbs. of soda ash per month. *Any chemicals exceeding the weekly/monthly included amount will be invoiced throughout the month and due upon receipt

  • Visual Inspect of equipment for any visual issues or leaks (heater operation is checked when requested)

  • Check and notate water level

  • Empty pump and skimmer basket

  • Backwash filter as needed

  • A weekly Report is emailed with a summary of pool service

 

Cartridge and DE Filter Cleaning Policy:

  • Cartridge and DE Filters will be cleaned automatically by Encanto Pool Care staff every 6 months or as needed and billed separately at $105 for filter 425 square foot or less and $0.94 per square foot filter larger than 425 square foot. 

  • Filters may need extra cleaning between bi-annual cleanings due to adverse weather conditions such as monsoons and or dust storms determined by Encanto Pool Care

  • Filters must be replaced every 3 years or as needed determined by Encanto Pool Care

 

Billing:

Advertised weekly starting price is based on swimming pool design, size, equipment, landscape conditions. Weekly pricing is set based on the above listed conditions and is subject to change based on those conditions at Encanto Pool Cares discretion.

 Weekly customers are billed for weekly service visits on a monthly basis on the 5th of each month.  All customers are required to put a card on file for monthly automatic payment.  Automatic payments for weekly service process on the 5th of each month and a sales receipt is sent to your email for your records. 

Please note that signing up a weekly service account assumes a 12 month service relationship and your weekly pricing is based on 12 month period of service. Service may be canceled at any time but additional charges may apply.  

  • Over 12 months an invoice/sales receipt is sent out each month showing 4 weeks of service which equals 48 out of 52 weeks per year. Because you are only paying for 48 of the 52 weeks per year  Encanto Pool Care is allotted up to 4 weeks off per year. The week of thanksgiving and Christmas will be taken off every year to spend time with family and friends during the holidays. Invoices will not be adjusted nor any credits issued for those weeks not serviced. 

  • If your account is cancelled before year end, the final bill may include any un-billed 5th week services performed in the current 12 calendar year. 

Any and all chemicals administered that are in excess of or not on the included with service chemical list will be billed monthly.  Any and all repair or parts invoices is due upon receipt or day services are rendered.  

 

Late Payments:

Automatic payment reduces the chances of late payments that result in service interruption. In the rare event that payments are declined, we will inform you of the declined payment and work with you to avoid service interruption.

If payment for service is not received before the next billing cycle or Encanto Pool Care has been unsuccessful in contacting you, Encanto Pool Care will assess a late fee and suspend service. 

**Service suspension could result in extra clean up or chemical costs to the customer at time of resuming services if the pool has become excessively dirty or green. 

Customer Responsibilities: 

  • Clear access to the pool (eg. keys or gates codes, dogs properly secured and no obstructions)

    • Please note that if you have a locked entry gate that prevents service personnel access to your pool this will count as a successful service attempt and is fully billable. We strongly suggest allowing Encanto Pools to have either a code or place a lock box on site to store a key and avoid any entry issues.

  • Working Pool suction cleaner or in floor cleaning system.

  • Maintain required repairs and maintenance to keep the pool operating as designed.

  • Landscape properly maintained through all seasons.

  • Maintain a working auto level valve. Encanto Pool Care will not add water to pools that are low due to insurance liability reasons.

  • Maintain up to date contact and billing information to include card on file. 

Cancellation Policy:

If at any time you wish to cancel service written notice is required 7 days in advance and can be done by calling or sending a notice via email to customerservice@encantopools.com
